Opener Drive
Can I open two External Hard drives at the same time on the same drive?
I have two Western Digital External Hard Drives (one older, one new) that are connected to the same computer by USB. They both open in drive L...Can I open both at the same time to transfer files between the two and will I be able to power down both safely without losing any data.
Yes, no problem.
As soon as you connect the second drive Windows will assign it a drive letter .... most likely "M".
