Inch Blue
Where can I purchase High Visibility T-shirts that I can have customized to have a 3 inch stripe on shoulder?
The stripe should be 3 inches wide, blue and run from collar to end of sleeve. It would be on the top of the shoulder.
If you are in the US, almost any fair sized town, (20,000 +) would have one or more business that produce t-shirts and athletic shirts to order. Talk to them.
