If you've read Heartland/Chestnut hill does joining up actually work?
I was just wondering! Can I join up with my horse? If I can Do you think people at my barn will think I'm hurting my horse?

Joining up correctly takes feel and body language which is hard to get from a book. Most people who have done several horses will tell you there is allot more going on that meets the eye, unless you know what you are looking for.
Reading the book is a great start, but go take a couple lessons from some one who REALLY knows how to do it. Not only will you do it correctly, but it will be allot more fun!
